Usage:

Steep: 1 sachet per 8oz of water, use just below boiling water and steep for 10 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the infusion.

Try adding a pinch of himalayan pink salt, honey and lemon to taste.

Suggested Ritual

Pour mushroom mixture into vessel

Cover with lemon

Sit for 3 min

Add tea bag and 8 oz of hot water

Steep for 8-10 min

Add sweetener if desired

Add hibiscus allow to fully bloom
