Refund policy

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns unless the wrong item was sent or an item was damaged during the shipping process. Otherwise, all sales are final. 

Exceptions
In the case of a unique circumstance, please contact us at support@letroisapothecary.com to discuss. If your exchange/return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom blends or gifts.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Overview
At Le Trois Apothecary, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Return Policy below. By making a purchase with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

2.1 Timeframe: You may request a return or refund within [30] days of the date of delivery. Returns or refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2.2 Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Products that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for a refund.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to custom-made products, clearance items, and certain personal care products.

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at liz@letroisapothecary.com. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3.2 Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item(s).

3.3 Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

4. Refunds

4.1 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return is approved, and the refund will be credited to the original payment method within [7-10] business days.

4.2 Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable. If your return is due to buyer's remorse, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4.3 Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, you will receive a partial refund based on the items returned.

5. Exchanges

5.1 Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.1 Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt at liz@letroisapothecary.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or defective item.

6.2 Resolution: We will review your request and offer a replacement or full refund for damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.

7. Order Cancellations

7.1 Cancellation Requests: Orders can be canceled within [1 hour] of placing them. After this period, the order may be processed, and you will need to follow our return policy to obtain a refund.
