What is Microdosing?

Microdosing means taking very small, subtle amounts of Medicinal Mushrooms. The effects are gentle, enhancing mood, focus, and creativity without causing a full experience.

How to Microdose?

Choose one schedule and stick with it for at least 4 weeks to notice results:

  • Fadiman Protocol:Take a microdose (about 100 mg) one day, then take two days off. Repeat.
  • Stamets Protocol: Take a microdose daily for 5 days, then take 2 days off. Repeat weekly.
  • Intuitive Approach: Take a microdose only when you feel it’s needed, but avoid taking it every day.
