From Seed to Harvest

Sprouts Ages 6–9

Sensory, playful, hands-on. Guided imagery instead of formal meditation, and a high craft-to-talk ratio.

Roots Ages 10–13

Independent plant identification, first real apothecary crafts, intro breathwork and journaling.

Bloom Ages 14–18

Deeper ceremony and meditation practice, leadership roles, and an entrepreneurial apothecary track.

Harvest Adults

Ceremony, plant medicine literacy, and community ritual for the grown-ups who show up for these kids.

Youth Program Menu

Built around low-risk, non-ingestible, no-heat activities — no tasting, no burning, no hot tools — so every session runs safely at scale.

Nature & Plant ID

Tree and bark identification, medicine wheel garden tours, seasonal scavenger hunts, seed starting and take-home kits, nature journaling and sketching.

Apothecary Craft

Tea blending as a dry, take-home craft, herbal sachets and dream pillows, flower pressing and herbarium books, seed bombs.

Mindfulness & Intuition

Guided imagery and body-scan practice, breathwork basics, sound bath with singing bowls, moon phase journaling, gratitude circles.

Ceremony & Community

Seasonal ritual for equinox and solstice, guest visits from local herbalists, teen mentor and assistant roles.

Enhanced add-ons — foraging with tasting, infused honey or lemonade, salves, incense burning — available with expanded partner insurance coverage.

Harvest — Adult Programs

Parents, chaperones, and community members are invited into their own track — ceremony and craft that runs alongside the youth program or stands on its own.

Plant Medicine Ceremony $650 / session

Sacred smoke bath, guided breathwork, made-to-order plant medicine elixirs, custom tea bar.

Tea Ceremony & Workshops $650 / session

Shamanic tea making, herbal and cultural education, open tea bar, community ritual.

Curated Apothecary Market Add-on

Custom herbal teas, medicinal lattes, and take-home elixirs for every guest.

Full Day (Two Sessions) $1,200

Two adult sessions plus a closing circle. Up to 20 guests.

Ask about pairing this with a youth program on the same day.

Program Formats

Youth Pricing

Single Session $650

90 minutes to 2 hours, one theme, up to roughly 12 kids.

Full Day $1,200

Two sessions plus a closing circle.

Field Trip Day $1,200+

Plus site and transport fee at cost.

4-Week Series $2,400

$600 per session, once weekly.

Group Size & Capacity

Up to 20 participants (children plus chaperones) is included in the base rate. 21 or more adds $[XX] per additional participant. Maximum capacity is 30 children and 40 adults.

Institutional & Contract Rates

Partners booking 4 or more sessions, or a semester-long series, receive a negotiated per-session rate below the single-session price. Large multi-site rollouts are scoped with a custom quote.

Insurance & Requirements

Partner organizations are required to carry general liability insurance covering the event and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Lé Trois Apothecary prior to the session.
